ザ・フレッシュについて
THE FRESH（ザ・フレッシュ）は2007年より活動している、
ブルース・ソウル・ファンクなどを融合したあまりにも良すぎるロックバンドです！
オリジナル・カバー・インスト何でもアリです！
メンバーはヌーヨークやシカ－ゴで活動していた他、
個性的な人も混じっているのですごくクセになります♪
みなさんと会場で会えるのを楽しみにしています！

先日12日土曜日は、
THE FRESH Live ＠ LIVE HOSE J "Roll and Roll” という事でザ・フレッシュ長野市遠征ライブ無事完遂して参りました！
今回のこの遠征、今年1月18日に関内セブンスアベニュー で意気投合したジェットロックス ニイヅマ エイジ氏がご自身の地元長野市にYouたち来ちゃいなよとのお声掛けにより実現！
現在長野市に在住しているザ・フレッシュのギタリストオブオリジン、
和田正剛 も現地合流を果たしJR長野駅前の最高の地下室"ライブハウスJ"にて開催の企画"Roll & Roll"に参戦させていただきました！
"キョーターズ"、"サイトウケイ"、"トーカーズ"、ジェットロックス"、
全てのバンド・出演者のクオリティ、熱量がもう最高で音楽愛・ロック魂に満ちた素晴らしいイベントでした！
ライブハウスJはしっかりしたステージシステ ム、ハイレベルなPA・照明オペレーション、そしてスタッフの皆様のお気づかいで、リハーサルから初ステージとは思えない程の演りやすさで、
本番もオグ&セイゴウのダブルギターバージョンによるザ・フレッシュ、目一杯アツくロックンソウルを爆発させていただくことができました！🎸🎸
終演後会場にて打ち上げが開催され、地元長野のアーティストたちとの交流も本当に嬉し楽しすぎるひとときでした！
お酒もお料理もめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです！🍻🍝
この度お誘いくださったジェットロックスのエイジさんはじめ最高のご共演者の皆様、マスター岨手さんはじめライブハウスJ関係者の皆様、そして長野市での我々を目撃してくださったご来場の全ての皆様、本当にありがとうございました！

先週日曜日3/30、我々ザ・フレッシュは東京都港区浜松町にある素敵すぎる地下室"Live-in 隠れ家"にてあのラヴィッツ松尾氏主催の隠れ家30周年企画、
"ラヴィッツ松尾 ＆ His Hair 対バンナイト”に参加しライブさせていただきました！
我々にとってはお初のお店ではありましたがとてもリハーサルからとてもバランスがよく演りやすいステージ！
イベントは開場間もなく続々とお客様が来場されて気がつけば120%満席状態！流石ラヴィッツ企画！
ザ・フレッシュはこの日は3組中2番目の出演、1バンド目"ヤマモトケイスケ & Three Generations"親子を含む3世代の垣根を超えたタイトなバンドサウンドとメンバー全員のoasis愛、完成度の高い演奏で会場は盛り上がり必至！
つづく我々ザ・フレッシュもこの日は再びスーパーテナーサキソフォン"ヤノカズエ"を迎えエネルギー全開で熱くロックンソウルさせていただきました！
そしてヘッドライナー、この日の主役 "ラヴィッツ松尾 ＆ His Hair”が満を持してステージに！
ラヴィッツ松尾氏の圧倒的なパフォーマンス！
そして率いるHis Hair、エクステホーンズのやはり圧倒的な演奏力！

共演も豪華なこの日トップバッターはいつもながらさすがの安定感でトラッドなサウンドを聴かせるSOUTH SIDE 6！一気にゴールデンカップのフロアがダンスフロアに！その熱気に後押しされ、2番手の我々も最高にヒートアップしたまま40分間フレッシュなステージをお届けすることができました！
つづくは #FUZINOWA ！そう！毎週金曜 #レディオ湘南 で放送中の大人気音楽コミュニティ&ウィスキー考学系ラジオ番組📻"FUZINOWAのミュージックサークル"のパーソナリティでおなじみの"フジノワ"！
クールかつハートフルであたたかい、然しその根底にはたしかに確固たる音楽性 ・ロック魂を内包した詩、演奏！
そして大トリはもちろん、#ザ・ノーノーボーイズ ！すでに最高潮に達しているホールは彼らの登場でさらにさらにボルテージが上昇！

ということで野毛の名店サムズバーでワンマンライブさせていただきました！
この日はお天気に恵まれず夕方からは雪模様でしたが、オープンと共に続々とお客様がかけつけてくださり気がつけば満席状体に！
メンバー一同1st.ステージからテンションマックスでライブスタート！
そして客席に巷で大活躍のサックスプレイヤー"ヤノ カズエ"嬢を発見！
これはもう、Let's Come on play with us soul music!
ということで2nd.ステージ中盤からはブラスサウンドをフューチャーして我々の敬愛するソウルチューンでラストまで熱量最高潮のまま駆け抜けました！
イクコさんはじめサムズバーの皆様、悪天候にもかかわらずご来場いただきカラダを揺らしてくださったお客様皆様、本当に本当にありがとうございました！！！

On Saturday, March 8th, we had a Special live onlly by THE FRESH @ Noge's famous Sam's Bar!
We weren't blessed with good weather that day, and it started to snow in the evening, but as soon as the venue opened, customers started to come one after another, and before we knew it, the venue was full!
All the members started the live performance at the peak of excitement from the 1st stage!
And then we found the very popular saxophone player "Yano Kazue" in the audience!
This is already Kazue!, Let's Come on Play with Our Soul Music!
So from the middle of the 2nd stage, we featured Kazue's brass sounds and ran through our beloved soul tunes with the highest energy until the Last!
Thank you so much to Ikuko and everyone at Sam's Bar, and to all the customers who came to the venue and shook their bodies despite the bad weather!!!

先日2/8、相模原米軍住宅 SHA Club でのスペシャルワンマンライブ演ってまいりました！
事前お申込み登録ゲート待ち合わせ入場という一手間があるにもかかわらず、
今回もまた本当にたくさんのお客様にご来場いただきました！
しかも、直前に主催よりの情報でSHA Clubの厨房が急遽工事中につきフードご提供がほぼできずとの通達があったのにもかかわらずほぼキャンセルなし！
この日はゲストホーンプレイヤー(テナーサックス)🎷に都内や横浜界隈で売れっ子の ヤノカズエ さん、そして今やなかなか見られないオグ、ハルオのダブルギター🎸🎸というスペシャル編成で我々ザ・フレッシュのルーツ&フェイバリットなナンバーを2ステージに渡ってお届けしました！
主催 MME - Music Muse Entertainmentの皆様、SHA Club関係者の皆様、そしてご来場目撃いただき、たくさん盛り上げてくださった全てのお客様のおか げ様でメンバー一同熱量テンションマックスにてこのスペシャルな夜を駆け抜けることができました！

しかも、直前に主催よりの情報でSHA Clubの厨房が急遽工事中につきフードご提供がほぼできずとの通達があったのにもかかわらずほぼキャンセルなし！
この日はゲストホーンプレイヤー(テナーサックス)🎷に都内や横浜界隈で売れっ子の ヤノカズエ さん、そして今やなかなか見られないオグ、ハルオのダブルギター🎸🎸というスペシャル編成で我々ザ・フレッシュのルーツ&フェイバリットなナンバーを2ステージに渡ってお届けしました！
主催 MME - Music Muse Entertainmentの皆様、SHA Club関係者の皆様、そしてご来場目撃いただき、たくさん盛り上げてくださった全てのお客様のおか げ様でメンバー一同熱量テンションマックスにてこのスペシャルな夜を駆け抜けることができました！

On Saturday the 9th, we had a great turnout at THE FRESH Live @ YOKOSUKA Shell "Yokosuka Bubble Night VOL.2"! It was a special party with two bands that both have roots and ties to Yokosuka! Thank you to everyone who witnessed, experienced, and made the event a success with the clear, delicate yet powerful acoustic sound of Ondrongo and the hot rock and soul sound of us at THE FRESH! Thank you to Shinya Nakamura of STUDIO JUST, who did everything from setting up the stage to the PA, and to the staff of Yokosuka Shell, including owner Shibuya, and to members of Ondrongo, who performed and planned the event with us! Thank you so much!!! Yokosuka was amazing! We'll be back again!!! The next Fresh will be on Saturday night, November 30th! This is also our home! At the famous Muddy's in Okurayama! The other day, we successfully completed the 2024 Yokohama Live House Festival Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall!
There were many events in the area that day,
and right after the show started, there were many visitors on both the main stage and the sub-stage!!!
From the top performer RAYMOND to the final act Carmen Maki & Deracine Band, every band was extremely energetic and put on the great amazing performance!
We THE FRESH able to hot to giging very exciting 30-minute stage too!
Thank you so much to 7th AVENUE Sugie for inviting us to this wonderful festival, as well as the organizers, event staff, and other related parties, all the performers, and the many customers who came to the event!

Next Saturday, THE FRESH will be returning to Yokosuka!

9月28日土曜日、日本のアメリカ相模原米軍住宅SHA Club Bar でのスペシャルワンマンおかげさまで無事終了いたしました！
この日はくしくもオクトーバーフェスと重なってしまったとかでゲート内のアメリカンなお客様は少なめでしたが、ゲートの外からたくさんのお客様！本当に嬉しすぎました！！！
皆様の盛り上がりに後押しされてTHE FRESH、全編英詞ロック＆ソウルカヴァーな2ステージ、アッツアツに駆け抜けました！！！
皆様本当にありがとうございました！
また今回もこの素晴らしい機会を与えてくださった主催MMEの皆様、
SHA関係者の皆様本当に感謝しております！

Thanks to everyone's support, our special one-man concert at the SHA Club Bar in the US military housing complex in Sagamihara, USA, on Saturday, September 28th, went off without a hitch!
The day coincided with the October Fest, so there weren't many American customers inside the gate, but there were a lot of customers from the outside! We were so happy!!!
Fueled by everyone's excitement, THE FRESH performed two scorching hot stages of rock and soul covers with English lyrics!!!
Thank you so much, everyone!
We'd also like to thank the organizers MME and everyone involved with SHA for giving us this wonderful opportunity!

開場間もなくして満員御礼のお客様！
メンバー一同、否が応でもでもテンション爆上がりでこのイベントの口火を切らせていただきました！
ご来場の皆様の熱気に後押しされて45分の持ち時間最高の熱量のままあっという間に駆け抜ける事ができました！
また我々ザ・フレッシュは初めてのクロコダイル出演でしたが、サウンドチェック・本番と実に気持ちよく音を出させていただきました！
出番が終わった後は"マルベリーズ"の独特すぎる世界に引き込まれ、"toriwo"のスケールを超えたダイナミックなステージングに酔いしれました！
どちらのBANDも楽曲はもちろん、その確かな演奏技術に裏付けされたハイレベルなライブパフォーマンスがほんとうに素晴らしかったです♫
最高に最高に特別なロックな夜でした！
